FIRST EVALUATION REPORT OF TURKEY

THE EVALUATION REPORT OF ISTANBUL MEETING

-THE FOOD CONCEPT FOR HEALTHY LIFE ON THE KITCHEN OF EUROPE-

The meeting of Istanbul which was held in between 10th December-12th December including, where it has been decided and was done the following  items:

A-What  we have done

  1. Cooking demonstrations in a culinary school of Arel university  located in istanbul with  the participation of our partner countries
  2. Cooking  demonstrations  in Fatih Halk Egitim Merkezi  with the participation of our partners
  3. Giving a speech about our Project.
  4. Presentations of each partner countries’  institutions via projection
  5. Presentations about Slow food ,healthy  eating  and GMO
  6. Exchanging  the recipes of each partner countries among them
  7. Presenting the cultural values of Turkiye and  a panoromic  tour of Istanbul
  8. The attendance certificate  for participating participants
  9. Farewell  dinner  for  the all  partners

B-What  we have decided

  1. Fixing  meeting dates except France  meeting.  France  will fix it in February  2013.The meeting date for Spain is 30th April 2013 and for Germany  26th November  2013. The meeting duration is 3 days.
  2. Recipes will be 2 for each one in 5 categories  which are  Soup, Meat, Vegetables,Salads  and Desserts.
  3. Also the recipes will concern  the health  benefits  of which criterions will be issued by Turkish partner and will be sent the other  partners for their  comments.
  4. Recipes’ lay out design will be formed  by German  partner and will be sent to other partners for their  comments  concerning  the criterions
  5. After recipes are ready with their new design they will be exchanged among parttiers
  6. The book (Kitchen of Europe) will not be published but a wiki blog site will be established and book will be put into this site.
  7. Regarding sustainability of this project Healthy Life Club organisations will be formed in each partner institution body.

C -What we will  be doing  for  our  Project

  1. Wiki blog site will be established
  2. About recipes, each partner country will explain their reasons why the each food is healthy depending on criterion
  3. Evaluation report of Istanbul  meeting will be prepared by Turkish partner and will be sent to all partner countries.
